Long-Term Care

To meet the needs of our community, Carmel Hills welcomes residents for long-term custodial care as well as short-term rehabilitation. Long-term residents may also receive rehabilitation treatment, depending on individual assessments.

As with rehab patients, long-term residents are supervised by our director of nursing with oversight by our medical director, with 24/7 day-to-day living support from CNAs and other members of our friendly staff.

Long-term residents enjoy a lively schedule of daily activities, dine on nutritious chef-prepared meals, socialize with friends and visiting guests, and truly become part of the Carmel Hills family.
