On behalf of the family of Patti P., we extend our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for the compassionate care you provided to Patti over the past year. When Patti first arrived at Carmel Hills, she was unsure of why she had come. But with time, she grew comfortable and came to appreciate her new home. She especially enjoyed her daily interactions with the staff, and her family is profoundly thankful for the kindness and attention you showed her.

We truly believe Patti was well cared for, especially in her final days. Though it became difficult for her to communicate toward the end, we know she would want us to express a heartfelt thank you to all of you. She cherished the company of her nurses and CNAs and held many of you in special regard.

Her family is deeply grateful for the love, care, and support you provided. We take comfort in knowing that Patti was surrounded by warmth and compassion in her final days.

I received excellent care in all departments. The food is good. The nurses and caregivers were nice and I appreciated them.

The nurses and doctors and all the people who gave me the practices and information to operate under the triple bypass for my heart, everyone has been kind not only to the patient but to each other. The rooms are so light and airy and kept clean on a daily basis. To be able to look out the sliding glass door and see squirrels, birds and trees is fun also.

Let me take this opportunity to tell everyone the excellent experience my husband Genaro P. Jr. has received from the rehab service department at Carmel Hills Care Center since he was admitted from CHOMP where he received brain surgery. Genaro received occupational, physical therapy and speech on a daily basis Monday-Friday. He is making remarkable improvement.

This is a highly trained staff of individuals in occupational, physical therapy and speech therapy. They are dedicated with professional mannerism for each patient they see. The expertise and caring to meet the goals of each patient is outstanding. Each patient is treated with kindness and consideration at all times. I would highly recommend Carmel Hills Care Center Rehabilitation Services to any senior citizen who needs rehab.
